Empowering Residents. Protecting Local Decision-Making.
Stand4Oxford brings together Oxford County residents who care about their communities and local governance.
We provide clear, accessible information and practical resources so residents can stay informed, participate in local decision-making, and help shape the future of their communities.
Who We Are
Stand4Oxford is a community-based civic initiative focused on local governance in Oxford County.
We are non-partisan and independent. Our focus is on how decisions are made at the municipal level and how residents can better understand and participate in those processes.
We do not represent political parties or elected officials. We exist to support informed, engaged, and constructive civic participation in local government.
What We Do
We support transparency and accountability in local government by helping residents access and understand information about municipal decision-making.
We share updates and explanations on local governance issues, provide context on municipal processes and public engagement, highlight opportunities for residents to participate, and support aligned community initiatives when appropriate.
Current Initiative:
2026 Oxford County Municipal Election
The 2026 municipal election is coming, and voters deserve more than campaign signs and slogans. We’ve asked candidates across Oxford County the same questions about the issues that matter to our communities — from taxes and growth to development, property rights, accountability and public safety.
We asked the questions.
They provide the answers.
You decide what those answers mean to you.
