This Friday, October 17, come visit Stand4Oxford at the Annual Night Market at Freedom Acres Farm (194817 just off Hwy 19, Thamesford). The woods will be glowing with lights, the food will be delicious, and with over 75 vendors, it’s the perfect place to do some early Christmas shopping!
We’ll be there to gather signatures for our 0% Tax Increase petition and distribute our bright lawn signs—a visible way to show your support for keeping taxes fair in Oxford County. Stop by our booth, say hello, and help us spread the word. Donations to help cover the cost of signs are always welcome, but not required.
Last year, more than 2,500 people attended—and this year promises even more. Come experience the lights, enjoy the food, do a little shopping, and join us in standing up for our community and protecting taxpayers.

What an excellent opportunity provided here to add our voice to a great cause. I’ve encountered many people that are feeling very burdened about the ever increasing property tax hikes, especially in the last three years!

I believe we need to not allow taxes to keep going up more and more as we have been seeing in the last years.

Agreed, Marietta. The only way we can make this happen is by gathering as many signatures on the petition as possible before Oxford County’s budget season—which is coming up fast! Please help spread the word by printing the petition and collecting signatures wherever you can.
